Working without licence

The article which I have read today is about man who worked as nurse for two years without a licence. He was working at Winnipeg Seven Oaks General Hospital. It was found in the last December when a new administrator checked all nurses’ licenses in this hospital. This case is investigated by the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. Winnipeg police will wait the results of the investigation before they will take measures. Nobody knows whether or not Edwin Canseco will be charged. Mike Vasillica, a former recruiter, described Edwin Canseco as an intelligent, polite and conscientious nurse. The investigation of the all accidents which happened in that time when Edwin Canseco worked in the hospital showed that he had never been involved in them. It is the second case in the past 10 years when nurse worked without license.
When I read this article this case shocked me because the recruiter did not check documents of nurse properly before hiring him. It is very serious field where people who work there should always have appropriate education and experience. That is good that he didn’t harm anybody, but it is serious offence which put all his patients under risk.
